Chocolate and Raspberry Tart with Origin Cacao 51% Chocolate Bars and Happy Biscuit Vanilla Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 bars of Origin Cacao 51% from Let’s Chocolaat
  • 200 g of Happy Biscuit vanilla cookies from Let’s Chocolaat
  • 100 g melted butter
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 80 g sugar
  • 150 g fresh raspberries

Instructions:

  1. Crush the Happy Biscuit vanilla cookies and mix them with the melted butter. Place the mixture in the base of a springform pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Melt the 51% Origin Cacao Tablets and mix them with the cream, cream cheese, and sugar. Whisk until you obtain a smooth cream.
  3. Pour the cream over the cookie base and place the raspberries on top. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
  4. Serve garnished with more fresh raspberries or cocoa powder, if desired.
