Chocolate Raspberry Cake with Origin Cacao 51% Cocoa Bars and Happy Biscuit Vanilla Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablets of Origin Cacao 51% of Let's Chocolaat
  • 200 g of Vanilla Happy Biscuits from Let's Chocolaat
  • 100 g melted butter
  • 300 ml whipping cream
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 80 g sugar
  • 150 g fresh raspberries

Instructions:

  1. Crush the Happy Biscuit Vanilla Cookies and mix with the melted butter. Place the mixture in the base of a springform pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
