Ingredients
- 500 ml of ready-to-serve Let’s Chocolaat hot chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 50 g sugar (optional, to taste)
- Melted caramel (for the mold)
Preparation
- Coat the bottom of the mold with liquid caramel.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs together with the sugar. Add the Let’s Chocolaat drinking chocolate and mix well until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the caramelized pan.
- Place the mold in a baking pan filled with hot water and bake at 180°C for 40–45 minutes, until the flan has set.
- Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
