Chocolate Flan Recipe with Let’s Chocolaat

Ingredients

  • 500 ml of ready-to-serve Let’s Chocolaat hot chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g sugar (optional, to taste)
  • Melted caramel (for the mold)

Preparation

  • Coat the bottom of the mold with liquid caramel. 
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs together with the sugar. Add the Let’s Chocolaat drinking chocolate and mix well until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the caramelized pan.
  • Place the mold in a baking pan filled with hot water and bake at 180°C for 40–45 minutes, until the flan has set.
  • Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
