Chocolate and much more

Nowadays, chocolate is no longer just chocolate. It is increasingly common to find combinations that a few years ago would seem strange, but are now a trend among sweet (and salty) lovers. Well-known brands such as Lindt and other chocolatiers are experimenting, creating flavor combinations that make every bite a surprise.

  • Chocolates with liqueur

This is one of the most classic combinations, but it is still a luxury. The touch of liqueur, whether whiskey, rum or fruit liqueur, gives an incredible depth of flavor to the chocolate, especially when it is dark chocolate. It is perfect to treat yourself on special occasions or as an elegant gift.

  • Chocolate with salt

It may sound strange, but salt and chocolate make a spectacular combo. A small touch of sea salt in a bar of chocolate (dark or milk) intensifies the cocoa flavor and creates a contrast that surprises the palate. It is increasingly common to see "gourmet" chocolates with this salty touch, and once you try it, it's hard to go back.

  • Chocolate with fruit

Chocolate and fruit combinations have always been a classic, but now they go beyond chocolate with strawberry or banana. The most popular flavors are citrus fruits such as orange or raspberry, which with their acid touch complement the sweetness of the chocolate, or chocolate with mint. There are also chocolates with dehydrated fruits such as blueberries or mango, which offer a different texture. These options are ideal for those looking for a refreshing and less cloying flavor.

  • Chocolate with caramel

This is the choice for those who enjoy sweetness at its best. The caramel adds a creaminess and an extra sweetness that makes it difficult to stop eating. If to this you add a touch of salt, like the salted caramel that is so fashionable, the experience goes up a notch. This combination is irresistible, especially if the caramel is soft and slightly liquid in the center.

In Let's Chocolaat we have bet with some combinations such as chocolate in a cup with hazelnut, white chocolate in a cup with red fruits or our pack with gianduja or dark hazelnut chocolates.
